This red dress is spectacular! It got born through a collaboration of grünten mode and the 60s dance troupe The Meyer Dancers. They needed a dancing costume for their performance at the Berlin Beat Explosion 2017. The inspration was a pic of a simple black 60s style dress with cut outs. From that base modifying began! The cut outs on the sides, the hem and the neckline are formed like honeycombs. There is a cape made of transparent, light fabric to support dancing. The ends of the cape can be fixed on a finger with an elastic strap. You can take off the cape. Silver lurex appliqués with small red glitter sequins highlight neckline, hem, cut outs and belt. It's all elaborate handwork! You can tie the long belt in the back. Zipper in the back. Full, red lining made of the same fabric than shell fabric. Cape 100% PL. Dress 69% PL, 23% VI, 8% EA.
The dress is in the pictures is size M and it's modelled by Martha from The Meyer Dancers. Be sure to follow them on Instagram and Facebook for a lot of 60s inspiration!
