grünten mode was established in 2010. First we focused on sustainable and local production of high quality shift dresses. That's the reason why we named our fashion label after a mountain nearby the atelier. Soon the 1960s style of the dresses and the influence of modern art on the design emerged. Head of grünten mode's design is Sara Elisabeth Rampp, art historian and 60s girl.

The dress design of grünten mode shows the hand of Sara's two big passions. Especially the Space Age is an infinite supply of inspiration for the collections. The futuristic mind and aesthetic draws a line from the sixties affinity to the present. Reduced forms, graphic effects, black and white contrast and colour highlights form an artistic and cool headed look.

Next to our recognizable design we are proud of the way we produce. If you order a dress in our online shop it will be made only for you. That's why we can offer you a Fitting Service. Just ask us! It's a matter of heart to us to be absolutely honest about our production and the materials we use. All our dresses are made in our own in-house atelier only. We use high quality fabrics which we test first. The fabrics must

stay beautiful for a long time and they have to be easy to clean. We think it's the least we can do to be honest and gentle to the ladies who buy our dresses. It makes us happy to see you wearing grünten mode and making a statement! It's so important today to dress up smart and feminine and demonstrate that you're a sophisticated lady who knows what she wants and that you're proud to be a woman.

1960s fashion

Shift dresses in A-line inspired from the 1960s build the basis for new versions. The adoption of fashion design of the sixties is passion: we collect original dresses, refinde and advance them. Our designs cite film costumes, portfolio- and fashion photographies. Referring to the Courréges Style geometric forms and letters are projected on dresses. The look of impressive women inspires us to reformulate stage- and

cover outfits. It’s much more than just creating vintage inspired clothes! It's the fascination for dresses that were sensational progressive once, started a fashion revolution and set a new point of view on women. This is still of great importance today and that's what makes 1960s fashion so up to date. It's not a just trend, it's a statement! Every grünten mode dress tells a story – tell your own one!
